Sliding Fee Scale

At Do Big Good we believe in access, equity, and transparency. Though each project budget is created according to individual client needs, we’re proving the information below to show you our budgetary building blocks.

  • Access: To make our services accessible to organizations of differing financial means, we use a sliding scale based on the client’s annual budget (see Client Tiers).

  • Equity: In the interests of equity, we use a profit-sharing model in which all team members receive higher fees for higher-priced projects.

  • Transparency: Cost is one of the most important factors in selecting a partner for your next project. We’re proud to provide you with the details of our pricing structure to ease that decision.

Client Tiers

We’ll use your organization’s annual budget to create a project budget that matches your resources.

  1. Pro Bono: Client’s annual budget < $20K 

  2. Grassroots: $20K < budget < $100K  

  3. Standard: $100K < budget < $1M

  4. Startup:   $1M < budget > $5M 

  5. Venture:  $5M < budget > $20M 

  6. Enterprise: Client’s annual budget > $20M

Hourly Rates

Based on your client tier, the appropriate hourly fee for each team member will be used to create the project budget.

  • Management: leads project team

  • Implementation: project facilitators and advisors

  • Operations: project support
